HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

“Saturn-K” company was registered by Kiev state administration in Pecherckiy district on October 18, 1995 (registered №14577). The company was established within Ukrainian Branch of International Police Association and social organizations “Club of police veterans” and “Ukrainian League of Afghanistan war veterans”.

The staff of the company is represented exclusively by the former officers of the Ministry of Internal Affaires, Ukrainian Security Service, Office of Public Prosecutor, lawyers of The Ministry of Justice and soldiers – internationalists.

The structure of our organization embraces 6 main departments: informational and analytical, legal, department on intellectual property objects protection, physical security, detective and technical; and 3sections (of special techniques, operational and investigational).
The managing staff of the “Saturn-K” company consists of 48 people and the whole number of the employers (including those working at the branches) is almost 560 workers. According to the company’s Charter we try to hire retired employers of the law-enforcement authorities (70 % of the staff), soldiers – internationalists (20 % of the staff) and people not older than 35 years old who have passed the service in the army (10 % of the staff).

Our Conception is to provide complex objects and physical persons security.

Our main aim is to provide maximum services and develop commercial interests of the clients on the territory of Ukraine and abroad.

The main task is to improve the quality of the services rendered and to decrease their prices.
