ETHICS CODE
of commercial security service’ employees (private detective agencies)

1. I, an official of the commercial security service (private detective), consider myself to be a worker of exclusively important and honorable profession.

2. I will do my best, at the minimum, to listen attentively to anyone appealed to me for help. I oblige to render him maximum assistance or, at least, to address him to another specialist who is better concerned to the client’s problem than I am.

3. I will always aspire to be well acquainted with the law and to improve my professional knowledge and skill concerning personally my profession, social law-enforcement authorities’ activity and private investigation agencies. I will always be guided by the law in my work.

4. I will always remember that while executing my client’s commission I am his special representative. My actions are going to be noble and professional not to cast aspersions on my client by my incorrect actions.

5. I will always keep my client informed and adhere strictly to the concluded with him agreement.

6. I will be always longing to establish and keep up true relations with the client.

7. I will always treat my client’s desires with high respect with the exceptions of those cases when they are obviously illegal and which I have to report to the corresponded law-enforcement authorities.

8. I will perform with zeal any assignments of my client, treat them with interest and enthusiasm and carry my mission to its logical finish and mutual satisfaction.

9. I understand, that the client is the main thing in my profession. And I am ready to serve him professionally, honestly, loyally, wholeheartedly and within the Law.

10. I realize that if I violate this Codex and cause material and moral harm to my client I will pay penal sanctions according to the agreement and undergo prosecution according to the acting legislation.
